![]() ![]() There's signs all over my car nitrogen filled tires. When she said they don't have nitrogen there I said okay then don't touch my tires. I also explained to the service manager before hand I have nitrogen filled tires but they're a little low. The entire service department seemed completely unprofessional and preoccupied with anything else except helping or listening to me. User ( 03:41) Will never go back for any kind of service. I left feeling very satisfied with the service to my vehicule. Aside from being very helpful, they were also very friendly. It's what I normally see at this dealship from just about all, but having experiences at other businesses who don't measure up, really make Freedom stand out. Got my vehicle in on a busy Saturday and out faster than expected. In addition the visit was short in duration which really pleased me. The personnel that we dealt with were both courteous and professional. User ( 21:28) My recent visit to Freedom was very satisfactory. In the end, my truck was serviced right, but a week later. I'd rather pay a little more for good service. Next time I think I'll tow my vehicle to Vandy in Arlington. No 'here's what we did' review of service. Then at the time my vehicle was to be picked up, I was just pointed to the payment desk. The people here are nice, but they need lots of training in customer engagement. BUT like I said I was in dire need and Freedom was the closest dealer. I knew thay by bringing my truck here to not to expect the same type of service I'd get from other dealers.
